Greg Raymer, Broker/Owner of NextHome Realty Experts, is an industry veteran with a wealth of experience. Greg delivers a consistent and common sense approach to helping his agents succeed and to getting real estate deals done.
Greg began a career in real estate back in 2002 when the MLS Board still printed listings in a black-and-white book every two weeks and online listings were just starting. A lot has changed since then, but Greg understands that the best technology and tools help agents sell more homes, and he has always been ahead of the curve.
Greg started this brokerage with the simple idea that NextHome Realty Experts wouldn’t need to be the largest brokerage in Bowling Green. Rather, the famous quote from Lee Iacocca when he took over Chrysler Corporation would be the guiding principle:
“We don’t want to be the biggest, just the best.”
Greg envisioned this being a highly specialized boutique real estate firm for like-minded Brokers and Agents who want the benefits of synergy and a place where they would not lose their individual identities.

OUR FEES
Our Broker/Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two compensation models: a monthly flat rate or a commission split with a cap. In either case, there are no surprises. No extra fees, period.
We also offer our agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans you ask? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season agents go can on the commission split. Then when the busy summer arrives agents can switch to the monthly flat rate. Great option, isn’t it?
